"Smart glass" usually means glass that already has PDLC film applied or laminated into it. VEIL can be supplied either way: as self-adhesive smart film for your existing glass, or laminated into new smart glass.

Switchable smart glass is glass that changes from transparent to frosted when you press a switch. VEIL creates switchable smart glass by applying or laminating PDLC film onto the glass and connecting it to a low-voltage controller.

PDLC smart adhesive film is a self-adhesive version of PDLC privacy film that sticks directly onto existing glass. It's VEIL's retrofit option: no need to replace the glass to get switchable privacy.
